Suppose CyKill managed to black out the entire North American continent (if not all of Earth). The Renegades' disruption of so many electrical systems worldwide could lead to the collapse of our energy dependent society. Immediately affected is the computer technology sector...there goes the banking network, stock exchanges, the Internet, telecommunications, travel infrastructure, dead man's switches at NORAD, etc. Sure, some people would be fine temporarily but how long until martial law is declared or worse? Unless, of course, the Guardians put a stop to it.

I bet this guy watched Megatron's Master Plan and thought the entire point was to humiliate Optimus Prime.
